Magic City Home and Leisure is wonderful!!! We actually bought our hot tub from Paradise Spa they are horrible to work with!!!!!! I was having trouble with my hot tub it’s still under warranty ! Thanks to Magic City they came and fixed it and only cost me mileage. They are very nice people and I recommend them for sure they are honest and fair!!

We shopped in Williston and Billings for hot tubs and found the process to be exhausting as the sales people were not educated about the products they were attempting to sell. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to Magic City Home and Leisure. We dealt with Brandon. He walked us through the entire showroom (which is extensive and nicely done) and took us through a process that lead us to the perfect hot tub for our family. The process took a little over an hour and we made our purchase. The delivery was made to fit our schedule. Although the delivery could have been a little more seamless, Brandon and Alex resolved our concerns with just one phone call. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Brandon runs a good outfit and they are very responsive.

We bought our hot tub in July 2024 from Alex. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything has gone so well from the purchase to delivery and installation, and all the questions in between. We decided to have an electrician put in a 220 outlet in October and we needed a fuse for the hot tub to make it work with the extra voltage. My husband called Magic City Home Leisure and spoke to someone about it, and they were not able to help him but to call back on Monday. After searching three of the hardware stores in town, we were not able to find the fuse needed. My husband then went to MCHL and spoke to Alex and he went and found a fuse on one of the in stock hot tubs so we could finish the project. Alex has been more than helpful every time we have been in there and we will definitely purchase from him again.

Magic City Home Leisure as a whole is fantastic! Every single employee we have had contact with has been great! We have been buying our pool chemicals there for years and now just bought a hot tub. Great customer service: from sharing knowledge and info on the different spas before purchasing, to delivery and set up, and follow up help with all our questions! Brandon and his team took amazing care of us. The spa itself is a piece of heaven on earth, looks awesome and works amazingly. They have a big showroom with lots of inventory so you can see the quality of what you’re purchasing. We also liked the fact that they provide delivery and setup, which went smooth. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. Our experience with Brandon and his crew was outstanding. We live 4 hours away, they delivered our tub and set it up in short order. Brandon has been excellent in helping with technical support from the start up getting the water treated correctly to calibrating the icare system.

We had the greatest experience ever with Magic City Home Leisure!! My husband and I have a crazy schedule and I am so impatient and they totally made accommodations for both! I have had tons of questions and I texted them and they have explained everything to the T! On top of it buying our hot tub has been so great! Alone time with the kiddos to have fun and to open communication, relaxing time to read a book, also distress those muscles from the day, and the best is a nice calm soak with the husband.

Brandon was wonderful to work with! We live 2 hours away from Minot and was able to see options, purchase and arrange delivery all through text message which is my preferred way to correspond! Delivery went smooth and Terry, Jared and David were friendly and easy to work with as well. We haven’t got water to it yet but can’t wait to enjoy our new purchase!
